TheLAL Cancellation and Refund Policy

At TheLAL, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies for all our users, including property owners, brokers, and seekers. This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations and refunds for our services.
At TheLAL (a product of Land Asset Technologies Private Limited), we strive to offer high-quality, reliable, and prompt real estate services, including digital tools, broker connections, creative design, and professional property photoshoots. To maintain service quality and operational efficiency, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy.
1. General Policy
Once a service is booked and payment is completed on TheLAL platform (website or mobile app), no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances, except where explicitly mentioned below.
2. Limited Exceptions
Property Photoshoot Services- A refund will be issued only if we fail to conduct the photoshoot as scheduled due to internal reasons or team unavailability.
- No refund shall be provided if the photoshoot was attempted, partially completed, or cancelled due to the user's unavailability.
- A refund will be issued only if we are unable to deliver the design work as per the agreed scope.
- No refund shall be entertained once the design work has been started or delivered.
3. Refund Process
In the case of a refund being applicable under the above exceptions:
- The user must email a refund request to [email protected] within 7 days of payment.
- Upon internal verification and confirmation of non-delivery, the refund will be processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment source.
4. Final Authority
All decisions related to cancellations, refunds, and service delivery status will be made solely by TheLAL’s operations team and shall be final and binding.
