In addition, we automatically collect technical information, including your device type, IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access, referring URL, pages visited, and interactions with features on the Platform. We explicitly state that Land Asset Technologies Private Limited shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation, fraud, or illegal conduct carried out by users of the Platform. All users are strongly advised to conduct independent due diligence, consult professionals (e.g., legal advisors, property valuers), and verify documents personally before entering into any property transaction based on information accessed via the Platform.
