Welcome to TheLAL. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or AI services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Welcome to TheLAL, a product of Land Asset Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Land Asset Technologies Private Limited, governing your access to and use of TheLAL’s website, mobile applications, and related services, including those powered by artificial intelligence (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility:

Use of TheLAL is permitted only by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and who are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you further represent that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Platform Description:

The LAL is designed to provide users with AI-enhanced tools for discovering real estate properties, gaining market insights, and supporting informed decisions. The Platform enables users to view, list, evaluate, and compare real estate properties using intelligent algorithms and data-driven analytics. While the Platform provides advanced technology to assist users in their real estate journey, it does not engage in the actual sale, lease, or transfer of property. Any content, insights, or recommendations offered by TheLAL should be interpreted as informational only and not as investment, legal, or professional advice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also introduce new features or impose limits on certain functionalities without liability.

3. Account Registration:

To access certain features of TheLAL, you may be required to register for an account by providing personal and contact information, setting up login credentials, and accepting these Terms. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to update it if any changes occur promptly. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of containing false information or violating these Terms.

4. User Conduct

Users of the Platform agree to act responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with prevailing law. You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious purpose, nor shall you attempt to interfere with its technical operations or security. You must not upload, share, or transmit any content that is false, defamatory, threatening, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Misuse of the platform and AI outputs for deceptive or unauthorized purposes may result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.

5. Use of AI Services

TheLAL integrates artificial intelligence technologies, including AI features, to offer insights and recommendations based on available data and algorithms. Users are advised that TheLAL AI is an automated system, and its responses, suggestions, and insights are generated without human intervention. As such, the Company does not assume any responsibility or liability for decisions made based on the outputs provided by TheLAL AI. All outputs are informational and indicative in nature and do not constitute professional, financial, or investment advice.

We explicitly emphasize that TheLAL AI is not a substitute for human judgment. TheLAL neither endorses nor guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, including property recommendations, analysis, or suggestions. Users must exercise their own discretion, conduct independent due diligence, and take full responsibility for any investments, transactions, or decisions made using the Platform. The Company does not warrant the existence, ownership, legal status, or document validity of any property listed or referenced on the Platform. Although TheLAL may undertake limited verification measures, it does not provide guarantees regarding the authenticity or current status of property listings, documentation, or ownership.

Furthermore, any misuse of the AI system, including abusive, illegal, or inappropriate content submission or queries, is strictly prohibited. The Company enforces a Safe Use Policy to ensure that AI tools are used ethically and lawfully. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and possible legal action.

6. Listings and Transactions

TheLAL serves as a digital platform for accessing property listings and related real estate insights. It does not operate as a real estate agent, broker, or transaction intermediary. The Company does not collect money or initiate financial transfers between users. If anyone claims to act on behalf of TheLAL to request payment or negotiate property deals, users must independently verify such claims and proceed with extreme caution. Land Asset Technologies Private Limited shall not be responsible for any financial loss, misrepresentation, or fraud committed by third parties claiming association with TheLAL

Users are solely responsible for verifying all property-related documents, ownership details, and the physical and legal existence of a property before making any investment. No claim or assurance should be interpreted as a guarantee by TheLAL, and all decisions must be made at the user's own discretion and risk.

7. Fraud Detection and User Suspension

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. We may suspend, deactivate, or permanently ban accounts involved in such activities, and share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required.

8. User Responsibility and Independent Actions

TheLAL is a platform that helps users find, list, and explore real estate properties. While we may verify documents and information wherever possible, we do not guarantee their accuracy or authenticity. Users are responsible for doing their own checks before making any decisions.

We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of users on the Platform. If any user commits fraud or misrepresents information, TheLAL cannot be held liable. All interactions and transactions are done at your own risk and discretion

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of the content you upload or share on the Platform. You agree not to submit any false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful material. TheLAL reserves the right to remove such content without notice.TheLAL does not endorse or verify the legitimacy or credentials of any user, property owner, or service provider. The Company is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of users on or off the Platform.

9. Communication and Notifications

By registering on or using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from TheLAL via email, SMS, calls, and other digital methods regarding service updates, transactional alerts, promotional offers, and system-related notices. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time; however, system or transactional communications are essential to your use of the Platform and cannot be opted out of unless you delete your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, software code, algorithms, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Land Asset Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform solely for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not permit resale, distribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized reproduction of the Platform or its contents. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or provide access to third-party services, such as payment gateways, analytics providers, or map services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and TheLAL assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, availability, or conduct of such third-party providers. Your interactions with these services are governed solely by your relationship with the third parties, and we strongly advise reviewing their policies before engaging with them.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Land Asset Technologies Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheLAL and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Platform;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Any content or data submitted by you to the Platform.
14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Platform

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore (M.P.), India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

16. Data Handling and Use

We are committed to the responsible collection, storage, and use of user data. Information collected through TheLAL’s applications and services may be used internally to improve our AI models, user experience, and platform functionality. In accordance with applicable privacy regulations, such data may also be shared with trusted third-party partners where necessary for platform enhancement or legal compliance. By using the Platform, you consent to such use and limited sharing of your data for analytical, operational, and system development purposes. However, no personal data will be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

17. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after modifications implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Errors and Corrections

Although we strive for accuracy, the Platform may contain typographical errors or outdated information. We reserve the right to correct such errors without notice and to update or modify features or content at our discretion.

19. Unlawful Activity and Investigations

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms. If unlawful activity is suspected, we may cooperate with law enforcement and disclose relevant user information, including IP logs and account details, as required.

20. Remedies for Breach

If you breach these Terms, the Company reserves the right to pursue all remedies available in law and equity. This includes suspension or permanent termination of access, along with legal action, if deemed necessary.

21. Conflict Checks

We do not perform checks to avoid potential conflicts of interest between users. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure they are not in breach of any legal or fiduciary obligations when engaging with other users or listings on the Platform.

22. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a legally enforceable provision that reflects the intent of the original.

23. No Agency

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between the Company and the User. Users act independently and are solely responsible for their actions on or through the Platform.

24. Events Beyond Our Control

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, governmental restrictions, cyber-attacks, or disruptions in telecommunications or internet services
